A voice check is an automated pass that scores a piece of generated content against a brand's real voice before it ships. It compares the draft to a profile built from the brand's own writing and returns how close the fit is.
Why it matters
A draft can be clean, correct, and still not sound like the brand. Tone is the part reviewers catch last and customers notice first.
Checking voice by hand does not scale to a publishing cadence. Every post would need someone who holds the brand's register in their head to read it.
An automated check makes voice a measured property. A draft that drifts is flagged before it reaches the queue, not after it has already published.
How Jinn treats it
Ghost scores a draft by comparing it to a voice profile assembled from the brand's actual writing, not a generic template. The closer the draft sits to that profile, the higher the fit.
The check is fail-soft by design. When the score cannot be trusted, it comes back as unavailable rather than a false pass, so a broken measurement never waves bad content through.
